Thanks for this. My son is about to hit puberty and it’s sort of daunting for hubby and me. Downloading now, hopefully there is something in there that can help ease my anxiety over this change.

I just downloaded and read the eBook. It is incredibly insightful – clear and concise. My teens are now grown and independent adults (ages 27 & 29) so I looked at this eBook from the other side. Would it have been helpful? Yes! This advice is exactly what parents need. I could have used it back in 1994 when I became the parent of a preteen. I encourage parents of preteens and teens to read it now and again every few months throughout the teen years. Getting through the parenting of teens is a challenge and no two trips are the same. I know I used many of these techniques as my kids grew although I never verbalized them so clearly. Take the time to explore this. I think it will help you – and in turn help your teens.
